Study on current characteristic detection method of hydraulic solenoid valve in nuclear power plant

چکیده

In this paper, a set of electromagnetic valve current characteristic test system is designed to improve the reliability trip solenoid in field steam turbine nuclear power plant. The starts from requirements, working principle valve, software control and other aspects complete pressure suppression function hydraulic functions data acquisition, storage, display, playback so on. composed an electrical system. verifies tested object by detecting important parameters calibrating points, calculating parameters, judging whether qualified. results show that has been successfully applied field, meets needs site, works well.
